DELIVERY

All of our products are handmade to order.  Therefore items will be dispatched as soon as they are manufactured.  If your item is urgent, collection maybe possible.  Please contact us if your order is urgent.

OUT OF STOCK

If the material that you have chosen is out of stock we will contact you and you will be offered the option to cancel your order or choose a different fabric from the same range.

RETURNS

Returns will not be considered on any item which has had the hygiene strip removed.  The company will only accept claims by you that are based on a defect in quality or condition of a product or its failure to correspond with the description given on the online shop.  Any claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.  In the event that a fault is accepted by the company the product will be replaced free of charge subject to availability and provided the product has been returned in the same condition as sent and reasonably packaged within 7 days of the company receiving the claim.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

DIGITALLY PRINTED FABRICS

Due to the way the colour is applied, there is always a possibility of fine lines or banding appearing in the print.  Shaded designs or areas of solid colours are particularly susceptible to this.  Whilst every effort is made to provide line free fabrics we cannot guarantee that your fabric will be flawless every time. Refunds, upon receipt of the product by the company will only be offered to you on products which we judge to fall outside of a commercially acceptable quality given the nature of the process.

Hand Wash Only using cold water.  

Do not use detergent.

Do not scrub.

Do not soak.

Do not tumble dry.

Do not iron.

Do not dry clean.
